Please join us on Friday, March 2nd at 6:30 p.m. on the Copper Canyon field for a movie under the stars. Due to studio license agreements, we cannot publish the movie title on the internet; however, the movie is a family film inspired by the amazing true story of Winter, a young dolphin who loses her tail, and Sawyer, an 11-year old boy who befriends her. Sawyer meets the rescued dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, a marine rehabilitation center where she lives. Sawyer rallies friends and family alike to save Winter by convincing a pioneering doctor to create a unique prosthetic appendage to restore the dolphin’s ability to swim.
